Deposits :

A £20 non refundable deposit must be paid upon any booking.

Working Hours :

My working hours are 9.30am-5pm. My last appointment time is 3.30pm. Anything later than this is out of hours which includes a £15 fee ontop. ( if you need an out of hours appointment please send me a message beforehand)

No Shows / lateness:

Please ensure you come ontime or earlier if its your first time coming to me, I operate on a strict time schedule so lateness will result in your set not being completed to the highest standard as you will be cutting into your own time. Anything more than 20 mins late will result in being charged an additional £15.

If you need to cancel, please give me 48 hours notice in order to be reeboked for another day. ANYTHING UNDER THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN LOOSING YOUR DEPOSIT. If you no show without letting me know, you must pay the remaining price of your appointment in order to book in with me again.

Infills:

Infills are only valid if booked within 3 weeks from a previous set. These must be well maintained and washed regularly. Anything less than 40% is a fullset. ANYTHING OVER 3 weeks is classed as a FULL-SET.

Refunds:

I do not offer any types of refunds, if there is a problem with your lashes please let me know max 48 hours after the appointment for the lashes to be fixed FREE OF CHARGE. please do your research and if you doubt me , do not book.

Other info: no kids allowed / no plus ones unless discussed BEFOREHAND.

Payment must be paid in full before leaving with cash. If you need to transfer a fee of £5 will be added ontop.
